For the exterior of the house I suggested ciment boards which I think best fit the modern line of the house. At the same time the strong lines of the house come in contrast with the natural shapes of nature in the background, highlighting both of them.
For the landscape I proposed an idea of natural landscaping which draws its inspiration from the classic mountain lodges. It involves not evenly spaced plants, small lawn areas, naturally grown plants and trails draws through them.
In the front yard the path is made out of large slabs of stone which blend in with the grass. From the front gate the path to the house is a grass pathway with cureved borders.
In the back yard I went for a rocky landscape. The existing wall is replaced with a new one, a concrete wall with wooden texture which gives a contemporary look, making a transition to the mountain landscape. The exterior stairs have stone steps. In the pool area the water spills over the leading infinity knife edge and around there are granit tiles and a line of small rocks.
