All the best
Aspect of the design I'm most impressed with is likely surprising: The wall layout in front of the garage and den window. Wonderfully incorporates the design element from one of the supplied photos. The arched stonework over the front entry and window above is very nice touch (again, using inspirational photos in elegant way) as is the woodwork at very top of house (the curved bottom complements the curved portion of the roof line).
Moving to the garage door side of the house: Increasing the height of the window to match the revised back side of the house (eliminating the curved windows) is an excellent idea as is making a change to the lower portion of the chimney. I don't see any other material changes to the design on this side of the house.
I would have liked to see the large black cast iron door used in the design (we're using wrought iron balusters at entry staircase and chandelier, so it would tie together the interior) as well as any lighting fixtures from Ferguson on the front or side of the house. Actually, I don't see any lighting on the house with the exception of the round white globe at the front door.
The area above the living room window on the far left is very empty (the sloping roof from original design helped fill it) and the white trim directly above the den looks out of place going across the entire wall, especially when combined with white trim around the windows.
The details on trim, color and stone much appreciated! Excellent job.
