This house is a remodel of an existing home that was designed as Cap Code style during the 1700s. The concept of remodeling was to create an open floor plan, which all functions (living room, kitchen, dining) collaborate within itself. Meanwhile, the private space was separate by a hall, which is used by others/guests as well. The important areas are requested to be storages, which are reached by our design as cabinets. Living room, has 2 main focus points, the fireplace and the television, which are located versus each other in order the inhabitant to have each of them. The kitchen has the table ”island-kitchen”, as working place/cabinet and free-standing. Near to the kitchen is dining area, which is has enough space for 6 persons. And the façade of dining area, is opened by a window that sends to terrace.
The master bedroom is large enough, since it has the special closet and the wardrobe with other elements.
