The design is to create an L-shaped bar that faces both towards the reception corridor from entrance and stage-seating area in the interior part of the premises. Since tenant premises has a pocket-shape area, the bar acts as a 'teaser' that introduces the happening ambiance of the bar & bistro without exposing the stage & main seating area directly.
Sofa style seating is placed at the perimeter, with wall-hanging hydroponic garden behind in between the existing windows. These seats can accommodate 2-pax or even larger groups (flexible number of guests in groups) by separating or joining the individual tables when needed.
The bar has two accesses to the kitchen: through a service door (for staff access) and a delivery access hole next to the wine dispenser to deliver fresh cooked foods from the kitchen. There are also 4 large digital menu displays that placed above the bar table.
In total, this bar & bistro can accommodate at least 47 seats.
The center ceiling is equipped with digital ceiling (in the perspective the stage's ceiling shows 'under the sakura trees' image, for example).
Other digital menu displays are also placed: at the ground floor street way outside, at the frontage (besides the main entrance's folding doors), at the entrance foyer, and the walls beside sofa-style seating (please refer to the interior layout plan and section drawing).
Natural and simple materials are used, such wood wall panels and white tiles for walls, light-color wood parquet and hexagonal tiles (under the bar) for flooring, fare-finished concrete columns and exposed ceiling, white or wooden furniture, corten steel signage, in order to give more exposure to the hanging hydroponic garden and digital screens / ceiling.
Note: Images used for the digital menu displays and the bar's logo are for impression only.
